Machapunga
Die Machapunga, auch Mattamuskeet genannt, waren ein Indianerstamm, dessen Stammesgebiet an der Ostküste des heutigen Bundesstaats North Carolina in den Vereinigten Staaten lag. Sprachlich sind sie der kleinen Gruppe der North-Carolina-Algonkin zuzuordnen.
